Skills and Requirements - Associate Degree in Business Administration (Bachelor Degree is preferred). One (1) year of experience required. Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word/PowerPoint/Excel). Experience using collaboration tools (WebEx, SharePoint). Strong Communication skills (Bilingual with excellent communication skills is preferred). Ability to work under pressure, self-starter, and organized. On time, attention to detail, proactive and customer service oriented.

Validation Specialist (Professional Services)
Description of duties - Responsible for the full-execution of Qualification documents for production equipment and utilities (VPP / VMP, DQ, FQ, IQ, OQ, CSV, PQ, reports, etc.). Review / Re-Qualification of existing protocols. Submit weekly reports. Maintain good relations with the client resources and peers. Follow the company and clients policies. Skills and Requirements - Minimum two (2) years of experience in Qualifications within a Pharmaceutical / Bio-Technology environment. Experience in the duties fields above, mentioned. Bachelor in Science or Engineering. Bilingual. Good verbal / writing skills in English and Spanish. Willing to travel or relocate. (both written and oral). Excellent planning, scheduling and organizational skills with attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong Team working skills. Self Starter. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, etc.). Ability to work under minimum supervision and willing to work extended hours.
